• Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full credit-card details. Stripe stores and processes payment data on our behalf.
• Usage Data: Log data such as IP address, browser type, and interactions within the application. This helps us understand how the Service is used and improve it.

3. How We Use Information

• To operate and maintain the Service.
• To analyze your permitted inputs and generate contextual interview questions, answers, and feedback, storing these results in our database.
• To manage subscriptions, payments, and invoices via Stripe.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse.
• To improve and develop new features.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following cases:

• Service Providers: Third-party providers that offer hosting, data storage, and payment processing services (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers, database hosts, and payment processors) process data on our behalf and in accordance with this Policy.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Interview Prep Assistant, our users, or others.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time, which will remove your personal data except where retention is required by law.

• You can access, correct, or delete your account information in your profile settings.
• You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in those messages.

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
